Friendly and polite staff, and a modern atmosphere. 😊

Convinient to center of Paris

The rooms are extremely spacious. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The staff is nice. The services are excellent, including a great selection of freshly made delicacies. The overall atmosphere is contemporary.

We had a really comfortable time at Hotel Pavillon Bastille. The property was exceptionally comfortable with nice staff.- The location was marvelous and perfect for our stay, within a 10-minute walk of So We Are.- A wide range of food for breakfast, everything was freshly made.

Hotel is approx 30min by taxi from airport, close to metro - across the road and 10 min walk from Gare de Lyon Station. On arrival, key to our reserved did not work so we were given another room. This room was not prepared - had to wait. This was smaller than previous one, but very clean, nice bathroom. It was very hot and uncomfortable, even without heating on, air conditioning was switched off. Tried to sleep with window open but it was very noisey from the street. Buffet Breakfast not included in rate and was expensive at 12 euro each so we ate out and paid 6-8 euro each. Not all desk staff were well informed and had some difficulties organising tours for us,

Is set on busy street which makes it a bit noisey and expensive breakfast.

The classic queen room here is light and cosy, featuring 2 twin beds, and the service is excellent.

We really liked the hotel staff. They were very friendly and very helpful. The location was great. Close to Isle de St. Louis and Notre Dame. Very accessible to underground transportation.

The food is fresh and the contemporary atmosphere here is inviting, making it a pleasant place to be despite some staff members being unwelcoming.

It is ideal place to come with the kids.I was visiting with my 8 year old son and the staff were so playful with him even watching him when I had to go quickly to the room. They helped a lot with directions, taxi-s, and other valuable information which helped our trip run smoothly. They are caring and warm. We felt safe and secure. Especially the girl at the reception desk from Sri Lanka. And the room was so clean and cute. Sound proof windows are great idea.

Not really. I wish only that our safe box was working. But they offer to keep my valuables in the hotel safe.

The hotel met expectations, I would book again. All in all everything was nice, had a really good stay for my final night on my trip. The bedroom was actually comfortable. It was in a perfect and magnificent location with Paris-Gare-de-Lyon nearby. There were very comfy beds and a personal safe, climate control, and a mini bar in the classic queen room. There was plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby to try.

We received wonderful service and had a clean, spacious room where we could easily unpack our luggage.

Very nice and newly refurbished rooms.We had a twin-room, for the family of four - worked out perfect.

It is a pro/con: It is in the middle of Paris and the traffic is huge. This is both a pro when coming to easy access to shops and restaurants, and con when it comes to noice in the evening etc. But - no problem.

The room was very clean, bright, and well-equipped, and the service was top-notch.

The rooms here are well-equipped, with twin beds and big windows, making them cozy and comfortable. 🙂

This place is pretty clean and has a stylish vibe. It's in a great spot if you need to get to the Charles de Gaulle airport 🛫.
